Our advice process and fees
Initial advice fees
Following the introductory meeting, if you agree to move forward with receiving the proposed advice, this is when you would incur an agreed one off advice fee. This is the stage of the planning process where we commence our research and modelling.
This initial advice fee covers any subsequent meetings related to this piece of advice including a strategy meeting (where you receive an indepth overview of our proposed strategy and where your feedback and input it incorporated), it also includes the strategy presentation meeting where you receive a formal advice document that is tailored against your financial circumstances and goals.
Initial advice fees are between $2,200 and $8,800 including GST, depending on the work that is involved.
Ongoing advice fees
Ongoing advice is the preferred option at Broad Wealth Management as we believe in the benefits of building long-term financial relationships and know that circumstances and legislation can change quite quickly; this is an addition to your initial advice fee and covers you for a fixed term of 12 months. The ongoing advice option involves continuous monitoring of your financial strategy to ensure it continues to meet your financial needs.
The ongoing advice fee covers a 12 month review meeting as well as any additional meetings that are required over the course of this 12-month period. At the anniversary of the 12-month period, we will review and renew this level of service.
Ongoing advice fees are between $220 and $550 per month including GST.
Ad hoc fees
The ad hoc advice fee option is available for those clients who may not require a complete financial strategy or regular monitoring but may require general advice and direction about a particular concern. This might include aged care and Centrelink discussions.
Processing your fees
All fees at any stage of the financial advice process are mutually agreed upon and are only activated once you have formally signed off on the agreed amount. Broad Wealth Management also provide flexible payment options that allow you to pay fees directly from your super fund. You also have the option to pay these fees via direct debit or credit card.
